2021 AET/ Parts Boot Camp

If you’re a student in Sun West DLC’s Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET) or Parts Technician courses, please join us for the 2021 AET/PT Boot Camp at Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Saskatoon Campus. At Boot Camp, you’ll meet Sask Polytech’s AET & Parts instructors, shadow apprentices, and meet other high school students from across the province.

Boot camp is an optional event and students this year can register for either December 7 or 8th. Space is very limited and in order to accommodate as many students as possible, registrations are for one day only. You will receive 6 hours credit on your work placement hours for AET20, AET30 or PT30. You are responsible for your own transportation and must consult with your principal regarding your school division’s travel policy. You must register in advance to attend.


**Students attending 2021 AET / PT Boot Camp MUST meet Saskatchewan Polytechnic's requirements for attending campus including verification of vaccination for COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 test**


Registration Deadline: November 29, 2021. Space is limited.

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. We ask all students to arrive by 8:45 a.m. for registration. Individual lunch is provided.

If you’re a student in Sun West DLC’s Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET) 20 or 30 course, please join us for the 2019 AET Boot Camp at Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Saskatoon Campus. At AET Boot Camp, you’ll meet Sask Polytech’s AET instructors, shadow apprentices, and meet other high school students from across the province.

Boot camp is an optional event and you can choose to attend one day (Wednesday, Dec 4 or Thursday, Dec 5) or both days. For each day attended, you will receive 6 hours credit on your work placement hours for AET20 or AET30. Students are responsible for their own transportation. Please consult with your school principal regarding your division’s travel policy. (For students that choose not to attend, you can complete all 50 hours at your work placement.) You must register in advance to attend.

Registration Deadline: November 20, 2019. Space is limited.

Time: The boot camp starts at 9:00 and closes at 3:00 pm. We ask all students to arrive by 8:30. Lunch is provided.
